COMMENTARY: Cell Phone Driving Laws Restricting Cell Phone Use Go Too Far (Thursday 21 February 2008)
At least 25 states have enacted statutes regulating the use of cell phones while driving. These states have taken a variety of approaches, including a ban for drivers younger than age 18, bus drivers and hand-held phones.
